1. Concept Design

   In this first stage of the design process, we typically provide sketch plan options based on a briefing process and site assessment. We discuss planning permit requirements if necessary. We develop ideas so that you can be fully informed of the opportunities sufficient to move forward to the next stage.

2. Town Planning

   Where a town planning permit is required, we have experience of working with local Councils to manage their design response requirements and processes so that we can reach a mutually agreeable outcome. We also use the services of specialist planning consultants for high risk projects.

3. Design Development

   The second design stage is the development of the agreed concept design. We explore opportunities and solutions at a more detailed level. We discuss material selections and provide detail layouts. We coordinate our design and the work of the other consultants including a review of budget and scope alignment.

4. Construction Documentation

   We combine the inputs from the engineers, energy assessors, building surveyor, and other consultants together with our construction level documentation to obtain a building permit and enable a thorough and comprehensive pricing for the construction of your building.

5. Contractor Selection

   We assist in organising tender submissions from builders.

   We can fully manage the tendering process, including the vetting of potential tenderers, fielding queries and providing clarifications during tender, analysing results and preparing contract documents. We can also provide responses to tenderer queries on an informal basis.

6. Contract Administration

   We also offer full management of the project building process, from organising and recording site meetings to arrangement of builder payments, being involved in all discussions and advising all parties where resolutions are required. We can provide this service on a formal basis or on individual issues as they arise.
