The design proposal for the extension to this existing Victorian cottage in Elwood seeks to open up the rear of the house to the outside courtyard garden space. A new main bedroom with splayed feature window plus the combined living room and kitchen address the new external deck directly. The internal rooms are reconfigured to suit.
